Our long wait finally was rewarded. From 10 to 13 May, Integrated Systems Europe finally took place. This year in a new location Fira de Barcelona. The ISE has moved from Amsterdam to Barcelona. ISE is the world’s largest trade fair in the field of AV. Although Tau Audio Solutions was not present with a stand, several of our manufacturers were present. Our colleagues visited the ISE. It was nice to meet each other again to see and know more about (new) activities of our brands.
A total of more than 43,500 unique visitors from 151 countries visited the ISE. Exhibitors reported higher than expected levels of activity on their stands and many fruitful business connections made. You can read more about ISE2022 on ISE Daily.
The ISE is also a perfect moment for companies to introduce their new products. They give a sneak preview before the actual launch of the product. For a long time it was uncertain when the ISE could take place. Some manufacturers have already launched their new products and could now show them to the public for the first time.
At the begining of this month we already announced it; the new FX-series from Ashly. During ISE2022 Ashly presented there new series amplifiers. The FX-series is a range of multifunctional and compact class D mixing amplifiers. With six models to choose from, starting form 2x 60W to 4x 500W, there is an FX to fit into any project. We also admired the Pan Acoustics P 12 AMT speaker again on the ISE, and not unimportantly, we listened at the beautifull sound of the loudspeaker again. The P 12 AMT remains a very impressive speaker, and that was clearly noticeable among the visitors to the great interest in it.

SoundTube introduced their latest pendulum speaker at the ISE. SoundTube, the company introduced the pendant speaker many years ago, is reinventing it. This new pendant speaker, named Mighty Mite, attracted a lot of interest from the visitors. At the stand it was a busy affair. The launch of SoundTube’s new pendant speaker ‘Mighty Mite’ is coming soon. More information will follow. We’ll keep you posted!
During the ISE2022, Clockaudio presented the CUI 2. With the CUI 2, Clockaudio offers a convenient solution for those who want to be guaranteed the best sound quality during, for example, Zoom meetings.The CUI-2 can be used in combination with various microphone solutions from Clockaudio. On the ISE we also speak with our manufacturer Contacta. This year they were not present with a stand. Together with Contacta we talked about the latest developments of induction loop systems.
Now that European legislation on the provision of facilities for disabled people, including the hearing impaired, is receiving more and more attention, they see a growing demand for their solutions. Induction loop systems are still the most chosen solution in various situations when it goes about live speech, especially with larger groups. As a result of this new development at European level, Contacta sees an increasing demand for a suitable induction loop system in more and more areas. By developing products appropriate to the situation, Contacta makes the use even easy. More on this soon!

There is so much more to tell about the ISE. It was interesting to see and hear all the new developments in the AV business. We found it a pleasure to meet everyone again.
