Niveo enterprise grade switches is a series of professional switches. The enterprise grade switches support the most advanced networks and are specifically designed for use in A/V. They are the perfect solution for building a robust, powerful, stable network and come with a ten year warranty!
The enterprise grade switches allow installers to effortlessly deliver a complete network. With the combination of Cat5e/Cat 6 cables and fiber optics, the series supports complete tailor made setups while minimizing complexity. The switches are designed with the end user in mind. They are completely silent, allowing for integration in any project. They also have a very low heat dissipating architecture for use in spaces that are not thermally managed or controlled. Even though the switches are specifically designed for A/V integration, they do also support most enterprise features and performance standards, like Gigabit Ethernet, 802.3at PoE, QoS, VLANs, Network Security, VPN, IGMP snooping and more. This makes these series the perfect solution for building a perfect network anywhere.
With the enterprise grade switches series, Niveo offers a full managed switch line, which is also QSC Q-LAN Audio/Video qualified. The series consists of seven switches, with eight, sixteen, twenty-four or forty-eight ports, three of which with the ports on the backside (AV). Then there are five Ethernet switches, with eight, sixteen, twenty-four or forty-eight ports, one with the ports on the backside (AV). Then also five Gigabit Ethernet switches, with eight, sixteen or twenty-four ports, two of which with the ports on the backside (AV). Finally, there’s a Gb Light Managed Switch, a Stackable Switch and a High Power Stackable Switch, each with twenty-four ports and a 19″ Switch with sixteen ports. Half of all switches have PoE, to support many devices such as CCTV and control displays, three of the switches have PoE+. Each PoE+ switch has the full power budget available on all ports, so there are no limitations on the ports. The hyper-intelligent PoE boards are designed to create “self-healing” networks and offer the most stable PoE+ power in the industry. In addition, most switches in this series are equipped with SFP ports, with which a fast and stable basis can be realized for every IT application.
Niveo enterprise grade switches are specifically designed for applications in AV and allow for flawless audio and video streaming. The switches offer unique advantages, such as the option to choose whether the network ports are situated at the front or rear of the switch and they are very suitable for integration in all kinds of projects. The switches with ports at the back are extremely suitable for installation in racks, the switches with ports at the front can be used for patching and diagnosing in larger IT configurations, for example. This means that the series is perfect for use in, among others, the applications below.
