Contacta RL-HLD3 hearing loop driver
The Contacta RL-HLD3 is a hearing loop driver kit and part of the HLD series. This hearing loop driver kit is used in an induction loop system that passes along sound signals, directly from a TV or other audio device, to one or more hearing aids.
Excellent sound experience
The RL-HLD3 makes watching television and listening to music a pleasant experience for hearing aid wearers. The hearing loop driver kit supplies a hearing loop with power, making it possible for the loop to, wirelessly, send sound directly from the TV or audio device to the hearing aid. Constant current ensures constant sound quality. Due to the integrated Automatic Gain Control and HF compensation, the speech intelligibility and clarity of music are superb. Using a RCA cable, the amplifier can easily be connected. Connection through optical cable is also possible, providing even clearer sound and less interference. This gives hearing aid wearers the best possible listening experience.
Elegant and discreet
The powerful amplifier looks sleek and stylish, and is therefore barely noticeable in an interior. It is also very easy to conceal the RL-HLD3, due to its small size. For example, the hearing loop driver can be placed behind the TV or inside a TV cabinet. A volume button makes it possible for hearing aid wearers to adjust the volume of the TV or audio device separate from other users. Small LEDs plainly indicate whether the system is active and whether signal goes in and out.
Suitable for TV and audio devices
The RL-HLD3 can be used at home, but also in other small rooms with a television, like waiting rooms, meeting rooms, class rooms, museums and common rooms in care homes. It makes it possible for one or more hearing aid wearers to clearly hear the sound of the present TV or other audio device.
Complete induction loop system
The RL-HLD3 comes with the IL-PL21 boundary microphone and wiring for a hearing loop, for a complete induction loop system. The microphone also picks up sound from other sources. The loop can be installed as desired around the concerning room, making the system applicable in virtually every interior. This way, the induction loop system can be used by multiple hearing aid wearers. The entire induction loop system is simple to install and set up. A loop pad is also included, which can be placed underneath a chair, sofa or seat cushion, to supply just that person with sound.
