Tau Audio solutions bv has, on behalf of Feenstra Heerenveen, delivered a customized background music and presentation system for the project Woonzorgcentrum Frittemahof te Sneek.
Frittemahof is a general house. They strive for cosiness, openness and warmth for all residents. The present residential care center was created in 1970. Then the care centers were merged with the Cruycebroedershof and the New Frisbee. Frittemahof thus has a rich history in the care and support of the elderly.
Tau Audio Solutions assisted Feenstra Heerenveen in the common areas, restaurant, atrium and brown café to create a sense of cosiness through high-quality audio equipment.
As the heart of the installation is chosen for the Ashly Pema4250.10 matrix amplifier. The 4 * 250 Watts @ 100V makes it possible to control all of these spaces and is highly suited to its versatility and simple programming capabilities. The WR5e wall control panels allow locally to control each room separately in source selection, source volume and overall volume.
As a hearing impairment system, two Ampetronic “Ultra Low-Spill” induction loop systems have been selected in the atrium and restaurant respectively. Crossing between both adjacent spaces as well as the neighboring care homes is excluded. Both systems are powered by the new generation of Ampetronic MLD9 ringleader amplifiers.
All rooms are equipped with SoundTube speakers. The atrium and brown café are equipped with SoundTube SM500i-wh speakers and the SoundTube CM62-BGM-wh built-in speakers. SoundTube speakers are known for their versatility. Excellent speech intelligibility and clear music playback.
