Clockaudio C button style microphones are a series of boundary microphones with rubber shock absorption that are mounted in the surface, usually a table. The microphones have a low profile at surface height, which means they can be integrated into all kinds of situations, neatly.
This series of Clockaudio consists of eight button style through-table condenser microphones, that can be installed in a table, desk, ceiling or panel with a thickness of 12 to 50 millimetre. Four of the microphones, the 003 and 011 models, have an omni-directional pattern, the 004 and 012 types have a cardioid pattern. The 003 microphones are flat at the top, the 004 microphones have a slanted speaking surface, the 011 and the 012 microphones have a round, convex button. The microphones all have a robust brass housing, the top of the 003 and 004 models is made of steel, the 011 and 012 models are made of brass. The microphones are available in white, satin black or nickel. This way you can find a suitable microphone for every project!
The microphone is equipped with an integrated phantom power module that accepts 9 to 48 Volts DC. It also contains filters that eliminate all GSM frequencies from 800-1200 Megahertz. RF friendly technology offers immunity from interference from mobile phones and other sources. The microphones have a wide smooth response, a balanced output and are terminated with a male 3-pin XLR.
